Compared to other USA lodgement on this trip, I was happy to find oatmeal, yogurt and fresh orange juice at the breakfast. Easy and free parking on site and entrance to the hotel from both side of the building made access convenient especially with a lot of luggage. The staff is amazing, I did forgot my wallet in the room and they reached out on me by phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, email....and then they sent the wallet to my home in Spain by FedEx with all the cards and documents inside. Excellent service! I travel a lot and also work on tourism myself and this is not something that can be arranged as smoothly nowadays - Thank You <3

I'm a travelling motorcyclist. After what seemed to be a 70% rainy ride, rain gear soaking wet, I finally arrived at my 1st night's accommodation on my journey to the east coast. The warm and welcoming hotel owners took one look at me, and they immediately went "help mode"! They put me in a room the was easily accessible for me to unload my bike. They then offered to keep my bike in their nice dry garage too! They took all of my rain gear and dried it as well. The rooms are very clean and comfortable! Lots of amenities very close by. These folks definitely show their dedication to their guests! As a solo traveller, this location felt very safe and friendly! I would choose this place again in a heartbeat! Everything was perfect!

I like the location because it was right around where I needed to be and I like the fact that they accommodated that I couldn't walk up and down stairs and like the fact that they accommodated me because I had to leave earlier than what expected

I visit Massena on a regular basis, family still lives here. Never have I stayed at this hotel. Smelled so clean, newly remodeled. Very happy with the staff and family who runs it. I'll be back!!
